La wifa used to work at Pestoso Bill's when she was a teenager , she's the one who would make the steaks and burgers there, we go there every once in a while for old time's sake but it just isn't the same. Back then the managers were real comitted to the owner, I think his name is Bill Mount, but now it seems like everyone just gave up after the general manager, Felipe, left for bigger and better things. Then they slowly pushed out Peggy Hayes, one of the nicest persons you'd ever want to meet, she was good to the customers and her staff, and now the place seems to be on the brink of shutting down. The quality of the food has gone down and if you want a steak medium rare, you have to ask for it rare or they'll overcook it. But the burgers are still pretty good , that's about all I'd get from there.

Went to Peso Bills in Harlingen the other day. It was okay... nothing speical (didn't try their burger).

that's more of a sandwich than a burger. a burger has to have beef in it, not chicken.
