I used to own a resturant several years back. We served a double meat stuffed burger that was out of this world!

yes you do lobo, don't lie. how'd you make it redfish. did you show albert how to make it? No, I didn't show him show to make it. It's realy simple though. You and add and remove ingredients to your liking: 1 Lb ground beef (80/20- don't use anything leaner than that. It will not taste good.) onion Jalapeno/serrano pepper (whichever) Grated cheese of your preference Mushrooms salt/pepper to taste Make 2 big patties w/ the ground beef. Add whatever ingredients you want in the middle. cover it with the 2nd patty. cook it slow for 30-45 minutes depending on prefrence once again or atleast until the middle is cooked. You can usually tell by the cheese oozing w/ the juices on top of the buger. Get a giant bun (not the small junk from HEB) add lettuce, tomato, onions, avocado, pickles, dressing of choice and then call a doctor to be on standby just incase. Most people will not put this puppy down in one sitting.

I know you're not talking fast food places, but I really liked the avocado burger (w/ cheese) they used to serve at GW Junior -- anyone remember that place?
Later I got to try the "real" avocado burgers at places like Pepper's...
