Yeah, I know. My wife and I went to pick up a late night snack at the WB on 288 when we saw 3.79 @ the Race Trac, we said ahh, lets see what Wal-mart and Kroger has it at. Wal-mart was at 3.81 and the Kroger 3.69. So even though my Civic was at half tank and I could still get about 275 miles out of it, I pulled into the Kroger and filled up. 24 bucks! I was cheering. I did not notice the glazing stares I was getting from some guys in their big Dodge Trucks. All I could do was yell out yup, 24 bucks that’s another 450 some odd miles!! They did not like that either. LOL

i think someone here was saying gas was gonna come down come november.. . and everyone here was calling me nuts. . .well it looks like i was off a good 3 months. . cant wait to see what november will bring!!! |

i think someone here was saying gas was gonna come down come november.. . and everyone here was calling me nuts. . .well it looks like i was off a good 3 months. . cant wait to see what november will bring!!! actually if you go to the old forums...ive always said that gas goes down in november as well......and i also said gas would go down this november also....mainly cause of the elections.. what the hell do i know anyways though.... ;D |

I saw a gas station in San Benito today gas was $3.59 looks like it's temp. going down.

a friend of mine has a corvette and he likes to show it off. one night we were out in houston and he heard this little honda civic revving up the engine. so he goes over and challenges the guy to a race. the guy says, ok we'll race for 300 miles winner gets the others car.....my friend declined..........lol

i always thought 2.59 would be a healthy price for gas with inflation and everything.....the increased minimum wage might drive up the prices pretty soon......
