as far as depth is concerned...imo the cardinals have an advantage over McHi, is the McHi secondary ready for an aerial attack...its no secret the weapons hgn has on both sides of the ball, as does mchi...each team wants to make a statement on opening nite, cant wait for 730 on friday.

u can always get a ticket for these games on the hgn side at the gate in mcallen, the bandwagoners jumped off the south wagon and onto the cardinals wagon...u'll see more fans than usual but not enough to sell out the visitor side....btw i dont attend south games....except when the cardinals are taking it to them in the birdbowl lol

i think the games going to be exciting, all cardinal fans know the cards are going to be really phsyical and aggressive with mcHi, and it could bite them in the butt. i just like the cards offense this year, more discipline, talent and the players are motivated. PLUS the OFF CORD. is a good playcaller

the thing i like about this years Offense is how the WR's are throwing blocks out there as well...not just standing around...guna be exciting to see this new offense in action against a legit Defense that brings back some quality talent

That new oc gets just as excited as coach gomez does but with the offense. It is good to see the offense showing emotion and getting excited. Last year it looked like the offense was just going through the motions and the defense were the only ones who cared. What I remember from last year is that when the cards would come out to the ovation before the game and run to the sideline....they would just come out and scatter to wherever they were supposed to be. I remember we would come out excited and jump around on everyone and try to get everyone pumped up for the game. I just didn't see that pregame emotion from the WHOLE team. I hope it is truely different this year.

good story on RB pablo garza in the newspaper wed., the kid's got the goods, i just hope for good health for him. i kind of hoped nobody would talk about him, so he could burst on the scene, and take the cardinals opp. by storm, but it looks like its to late for that. he's a great kid, good luck to the cardinals this season!!!

good win for the cardinals, mcHi's defense is pretty fast, cardinals just need to get better every week. one thing i've noticed about the cardinals defensle thru the scrimmages and week 0, they have a knack for causing turnovers. hat's off to LB matt torres for the cards, MVP of the game, in my opinion.
