This will be the first true test for the Cardinals this season. McHi brings back a very good complete team. The Cardinals should be ready for this matchup and come out with the W...prediction harlingen by 10.

if the cardinals can eliminate the plays plays and not get burnt on the passing game the cards will win by 14pts. Purple and gold vs red and black!!!! six days and counting

the winner will win by less than 5 points. I give the edge to mchi right now but i might change my mind.

Harlingen by 21 points at the half! Once McAllen gets behind they start preparing for the next game!

Wait, but the Tarpons are better psyche-wise than the Bulldogs and look what happened to them. Harlingen by more unless you saw something different at the Card vs Tarp scrimmage. Overall size wise you all were at the same height from the vid clip.

I think this is two of the best teams in the valley and long time rivals. My biased opinion is Cards are going to be tough to beat this year. Go Cardinals and take it to the Bulldogs.

The Cards by a touchdown or more...
I saw a BIG IMPROVEMENT from the cards yesterday against R.G.C. compared to last yrs team. The O-line WILL open up holes for both running backs... The defense struggled a little against an offense I've only seen 1 other team(weslaco) run. And it was affective at first. But the cardinal defense adjusted. As long as the secondary from the cards D can stop the passing. Mchi will have a problem...
My hats off to the RB from the rattlers.. That dude was HUGE and CAN RUN!! I bet RGC will make 1 of the first 2 playoff spots by the end of district play...

Wait, but the Tarpons are better psyche-wise than the Bulldogs and look what happened to them. Harlingen by more unless you saw something different at the Card vs Tarp scrimmage. Overall size wise you all were at the same height from the vid clip. PI went in without their goto guy and was also starting a new junior QB at the QB spot(which still looked uncomfortable vs Mercedes)... so PI was still going in the game with questions. Shoot PI lost its #2 goto RB too- early in the scrimmage, our #3 RB which carried most of the load did very good for a #3 RB (and might have moved up to #2) McAllen's O-line is a highly touted line, thats why i don't think Harlingen will win by the big margins like they did against PI and RGC. McHi only scrimmage so far, well they won by 5 scores as well. So they can score like Harlingen, but i think Harlingen has the better defense. Harlingen by 7-10pts RGV Game of the Week nevertheless. Good Luck to both teams!

Mchigh wins this one. 21-10, but these two are indeed both in the top 5 RGV football teams.
