none of it matters if you're getting mauled by a 300 lb d-linemen

speed is great to have if your fake isn't good, but what if you're not fast and your fake sucks, you're gonna get killed. faking is tough to master......

did i ever say the qb was going to throw like a girl? obviously the kid can throw if he's playing qb and is slow....he still needs to give himself time to throw the ball otherwise all that nice form, rocket arm......etc, isn't gonna matter

its easier to run a 4.9 than to have a rocket arm with precise passing and throwing smart.

i guess i have to be mvfb79 to get to you ........... lol ;D lol and whats with all the fuss, can we ever put a highlight of someone from weslaco with out some kind of nonsense chatter. Yes dylan is in a slot t offense, but you can't deny that hes got a great arm, he has good speed for a qb, has good pocket presence, and can run the ball exceptionally well. Hes a dual threat qb, and we all look forward to seeing some great things from him this season. Good luck dylan.

5 offensive linemen and a running back against 4 defensive linemen and 2 linebackers, sometimes 3. depending on how the scheme is run someone might get lose or the coach is going to ask the qb to account for that guy with a fake. it happens in offenses. take a look at the cowboys for instance. they run this kind of deal with marion barber and romo. there's always someone there to make a play because they've used an extra blocker somewhere else. the fake, or the juke in a rb's case, is used to get rid of that extra defender to give them numbers in the open field or on more dangerous defenders

5 linemen.....vs 4 dlinemen..that means one linemen is left to take one of the LBs...which leaves 2 LBs left...you got your TE most of the time to handle one of them on a down block or he takes the LB with him on a route....the other LB is usally opposite of the play...
the fake is not that important bro...dont kid yourself....its used to make players bite

This QB would KILL in a spreed offense if he were allowed to pass or run.
He could EASILY have 2000 yards passing AND 1000 yards rushing in a spread offense.
For you Weslaco fans, go into sports forums and start posting information on Dylan.
Keep it real. KEEP IT REAL! You don't want to 'turn anyone off'.
Be realistic. Post in schools where he would 'fit'.
Don't go around posting in the Norte Dame/USC/LSU, etc...forums.
Lousiana Tech, Iowa State (ala Seneca Wallace), New Mexico, etc.
In these forums, all it takes if for the site admin or someone who 'knows' somebody to say, "Hey, there's a clip in our forums that you should check out...."

Yea Im sure Brady and Manning are there because they are the best play fakers alive LOL! C'mon how hard is it to throw in a play-action...LOL! you must not have ever played qb. i know i didn't, but i've coached a few young one's. let me throw out a little bit of my little league experience.......if you run play action in little league, you should have no problem throwing the ball, ever. however, if your qb can not give a good fake, he will get killed. If you can pick up the Play Action in LIttle League, then you can pick it up during College, Coaches want to see a rocket arm, precision, whatever etc. because they know that they can teach play actions... and lobo is right, the RB has to sell the fake too, its falls on both of them
