What are everyones thoughts about this game?

I believe both are up and coming teams. PLC has gone three deep I believe and Mercedes is loaded with talent....exceptional talent at the RB position.

I say Mercedes takes this one though in a shootout.....56-49.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but PLC has not gone 3 deep in recent times. Last year they went two deep- got beat by Cal and the previous year they went the same distance but got beat by the Yellow Machine.

I don't know about a shootout since both teams have a strong running game- PLC has Xavier Archangel and the Tigers have Trevino, but I do agree that Mercedes will win. ;D

They had a 110 total yards...they were missing archangel, but likely wouldn't have mattered, calallen is exceptional at stopping their type of offense.

+1. True, they seem to be very one dimensional- not much depth. They are a one/two person team, once you stop their top player they seem to fall apart.

Isn't the EE/GP scrimmage the week prior? The Cal/EE game is on Friday the day before this game. This game is on Saturday.

Archangel is a mystery to me.
As a sophomore, I saw him in the Alamadome and he just TORE up the opponents. That same year, they played E-E and he was shut down. The question is which Archangel is going to show up to play. Although it may be interesting since he will be a Senior now....
