? do you want us to say pi is crap and harlingen is the besT? anywho i agree ...from the clips ive seen...pi didnt look bad at all What the hell are you talking about??? When did I ever say pi is crap. I have given nothing but praise to you guys and you still come in here with a chip on your shoulder. That is what the was for. Get over yourself. It was just a scrimmage. Both teams did well and it is a good first scrimmage. It is always a bonus to scrimmage good teams.

That was me I would have said something, but I do not know what any of you guys look like! Dude i didn't see any peeps with RH clothing. Plenty of EE folks though. Also saw some peeps with Los Fresnos, Hanna and a CC West Oso shirts. I was sitting about the 50yd line to the left of Cedric and about 4 rows up. I was sitting right beside Cedric Wearing my Black and Gold shirt. Had my daughter with me. She is whiter than me lol

scrimmages are looking at yourself and evaluating your talent and are nothing like a real game. Port Isabel gains far more than the Cards in this one becuse of the classification difference. Both teams will do well this year im sure.

And as far as the Greyhounds whipping of South in their scrimmage that sounds familiar. I went to the Hawks-Hounds scrimmage last year and San Benito killed them. But when they played a real game come playoff time the Hounds season was ended by the Harlingen team.

Based on clips that I've seen;it seems both teams will do just fine.Along w/their advantages & disadvantages.
Despite the fact that P.I was shutout;they still made it to the endzone.
Not that it's important or anything but I failed to show up;for one I leave work pretty late(2am)-I mean look what time I'm posting right now;so my hibernation was pretty crucial.

I think a truer measure for Port Isabel will come this week as the much bally hooed Mercedes Tigers travel to Tarpon territory.
I'll say it, Harlingen is on another level this year.

Guy, thanks for putting those together. I had problems in the Tarpon Website yesterday. Seems like it was slow, but then again it was a hot day. Tarpons look ok. Harlingen looked too quick and too much depth from what I heard from people who went there. Nevertheless the clips shows PI was not doing that bad.

PI did alright. They will be just fine this year. Just because they didn't put the ball in the endzone doesn't mean they did that bad. It was a scrimmage and it served its purpose for both teams. I was really impressed with what PI had to offer.
