Yep, like ibp mentioned think the worst part of this whole hurricane was the power going out. I absolutely hate having no power, other then that just some minor damage around the house that has been taken care of already. Finally got the internet up and running this morning. Fortunately, we didnt' get it as bad as many others did around the rgv, who still are without power and some who are in waist deep in flood water. Man i can only imagine. Also i gotta give props to the crew at channel 5 man, they were on the air almost the whole time giving us updated info and all that even when the power went out we had a portable tv that runs on batteries and we stayed tuned into chan 5 with what was going on. Even their lights got cut off and they were still broadcasting without lights, they had something running off the battery from a car outside just so they can shine a light on them so they could keep us updated. Major props to them, tim smith and the other weather guys really all the chan 5 staff. Great job.

So we still got people out there dealing with what Dolly left behind... Glad to see more of you showing up here, even some that still don't have power.
