why is that on this new forum and the old one there is always something about weslaco. they must be doing something right. having a store in the press box is an excellent idea. that way if you want to purchase panther and wildcat stuff you can buy it all in one place. kinda like the dodge arena. speaking of dodge arena is weslaco still on for the 7 on 7 game there tomorrow?

i wonder what its gonna cost to get season VIP season tickets. i'm thinking they'll offer those to the people who buy add space on the scoreboard...it'll probably be cheaper than you think if they happen to offer them at all... |

......i heard WISD is going to donate this scoreboard to the weslaco youth football league and get one that's 3 times as big as the one they have now, just so that they can have the biggest scoreboard. they were going to put it at east's field so that there could be some games over there, but more people show up to the little league games than the east varsity games..... por que lloras  |

that was at the harlingen playoff game.........that announcer is very popular here in weslaco. coach hite brought him back after the previous announcer, al barbosa, left for brownsville to be the principal at porter high school. he's alright IMO. i'm sure the LJ entrance is WAY more exciting in person, but the panther one gets it done all the time.... word on the street is that marcos is set to retire! either that or the walk up the stairs is too much for him! |

well it won't be a problem after they build the new press box.....but yeah, i heard that too. i guess i'm gonna have to head on up to the press box and take over....

lol now theres an idea, OR they install some kind of elevator next year when they upgrade the pressbox. Now theres an even better plan.

yeah, there has to be in press boxes that are more than 1 story......seeing as how plans for this one put it at 5 stories, it's gonna have an elevator.....

I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT A REST/BAR IN WESLACO IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ELEVATOR FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS!!
I DONT KNOW IF THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR A PRESSBOX??
