This question does not make sense. Since EE only has 7 district games on its schedule it would be impossible for them to break the streak. WHEN EE winns ALL its district games this year their count will be 39 consecutive victories.

IMO, no. I think Mercedes may be able to pull off the upset this year. You forget that E-E has alot of talent coming back. Just cause mrecedes has Alex, Izzy, and Chavez. It doesn't mean anything. you give alex one good hit, he wants to check it in already. last seasob when we played them that the got hurt for like 2 play he was faking it. so you think there gonna pull the upset this year. ha. the upset there going to pull is losing again. but i forget there use to it already.

Just simply asked if the streak will be broken or pass up PI's streak.

The only chance to stop E-E is for Mercy to beat them this year. If not then Mercy won't beat them w/o Alex and no other school will stand a chance in that district. This is the year Mercedes....

I agree. but you forget. edcouch has alot of Starters coming back on both sides of the ball. and what i have seen from spring ball and 7-on-7 well lets just say that the winning tradition edcouch has is going tho continue

My 3 yr old understood it. Geeez. I guess the 7 district games this year will be EE’s last ever huh? And next season since they only have 7 district games, that would make it 46 as well and tie the record. Think about that, having to wait a whole year to have a chance to break the tie. Imagine that.

Ok, don't get so mad. I misunderstood. Golly, temper, temper! Now, to answer your question....yes, of course EE will without a doubt break the streak!

I think Mercy is on the verge of a great season. EE will be challenged immensely by Mercy. I just see an upset here, or maybe just kinda wanting an upset. Not to mention Mercy was the last team, still in the district EE lost to. (EE's last loss was to Harl. S. in the last game of the 2002 season. - two weeks earlier they lost to Mercy) However, in order to break this record we have to see EE through the 2009 season. Do you think EE has what it takes after this season and the begining of 2010. Also, there has to be some kind of tribute to that Tarpon winning streak.

Last year EE was a relatively young, inexperienced team and Mercedes still couldn't beat them. This year EE will much much stronger. On the other hand, with all due respect to the Tigers, but I don't see much a difference in talent between their team from last year and this year.

Also, there has to be some kind of tribute to that Tarpon winning streak. There wasn't a tribute when EE broke PI's previous record, so I don't see any one coming when EE breaks their other record this time either.

I was apart of the 2006-2007 team that broke the record and i have to say we all were looking forward to braking the record.
