yesterday i took it to geek squad and they told me that it wast a software problem and that they were gonna have to send it to get checked. i decided not to so then i took it home and this morning i decided to try and figure out why my hot keys didnt work so i googled it and found the toshiba site and i figure i didnt have anything to lose so i read something about a common module drive and i decided to download it and give it a try. so that was all i needed. and ofcourse the first thing i did after i fixed it was make a restore point

well there you go.....geek squad was getting ready to do some damage.....they're supposed to tell you what's wrong with it though, not just tell you it's a software problem....

Best Buy has a few law suits on them for taking back pc's and laptops and getting your best stuff and leaking it out on the internet. I think I still have every hard drive I've ever owned.

i don't bother saving hard drives. i link my new comp to my old drive, take everything out, then re-format. done deal, good as new.
