Mission Vets have zero votes. What is up with that? The huskies already have a vote and they have yet to play a single game, ever.

It's cuz Mission Vets is a team that draws very little support in the community. That is a true shame because they do play a very exciting brand of football. AIRTIME with no huddle. Great stuff over there.

my friends in mission moved away. so now it's if they're not playing mercy or east, unless east needs them to win to make the playoffs. hell, this past year i was supporting EE of all teams so that east could back in to the playoffs. one of the toughest games to sit through in my life. i couldn't believe that i was hoping the jackets would win.

I was at that game myself and I even sat on the visitor's side. One helluva game!!! Again, a shame that Mission Vets Fans don't come out to their games only when they play against Mission.

Either way everyone loves Mercedes Good Luck agains PLC. Polls show them as High as #7 in the state. Supposedly they return their entire offense. Watch for their RB X Archangel. Dude supposedly has some wheels as well. Your offense should be able to put up some points on them, so it will be up to your defense to hold up the fort.

man tigercrazy, i really hope that the tigers defense shows up for that game. if not, i'm not going to be able to resist going against you guys. if the d shows up i don't see any reason why the tigers can't take this game down.

Great stuff over there. Well it is a shame that the program has very little support. Maybe as more student graduate their fan base will get better. It's horrible how the "AFFLUENT SIDE OF TOWN" should not be able to support their team as it should be done. They've been right there in big games and still don't draw as we think they should. That school is really close to 5A numbers, but doesn't get the attention it needs from their "LUKEWARM BANDWAGON FANS." But look out for them, their QB is pretty good and has some WR with talent, too. Along with a scatback RB who tore up Mercedes for over 240 yds. Remember Tiger FAITHFUL!!! That's why I worry about your D against Xavier Archangel. Stack the line and blitz the hell outta that running attack.

Vets had a good fan support the day they played Mercedes Dude I was at that game, too and was really disappointed in their turnout. And this game against you guys had some real significant playoff implications. If anything, come out to the game to witness the spectacle of Alex Trevino the way I did.

mission high, when it was just mission high, used to have a great following. i used to love playing over there because i knew the whole place was going to be loud. Yep, we sure did. I remember always packing it in at McAllen Memorial stadium. That place was overflowing with Eagle fans. Then we would take it to A & I in Kingsville and the same thing. Our people had to also sit on the other side of the stadium. In the Astrodome, reports surfaced that we with the help of the RGV fanatics brought about 22,000 to Houston. We even doubled the Aldine crowd that just had to travel like 30 minutes from the northern Houston suburbs. Those were the good ole days. But just watch how we will have a decent sized crowd for the Flour Bluff game. But not as big as it should. You all should come out to Mission and support as it is a Saturday game and could potentially pit the bi district match up once again.

the only bad thing about playing in mission back then was that we never won. senior year we go in down 1, 7-6. we end up losing like 30-12 or something like that, it was sad. the only positive thing about that night was that i shut down the 2 big DT's mission high had that year. they were mad, all night they couldn't take a single step up field without being pancaked.
