I sure hope not. I wonder if he's making his own BBQ sauce or buying it?

the owner (my cousin) told me he was going to open only from 11:00am to 4:00 pm for now. I went by there yesterday around 5:00 and saw one of those walmart grills that are square w/ a bag of charcoal next to it. I reeeeeealy dont think that's what's he's using to grill. Is he?

What? You've got to be kidding me Red! Really? i'm sure he has a lot of remodeling to do in the building and currently he must not be able to set up shop in the back of the builing. The small grill might be for something else. I really don't know. I did see his sign go up already on the side of the building. I nice big 20ft pit sitting on concrete w/ a roof and screens would really look cool and draw a crowd w/ the smell alone. That would have have been the first thing I would have done before opening shop. I hope to go by there soon to get some grub. I'm sure it's good.

Eloy from Emilio's makes a pretty good brisket too. yes, he does and he's been doing it for about 25 yrs already. I can't believe he will cook, slice, and prepare a brisket for anyone for about $10 a brisket! That's a steal. If anyone has never heard of him or his store, it's worth looking into. For parties, it's the cheapest way to get some briskets done.

Eloy from Emilio's makes a pretty good brisket too. He always used to hook it up w/ free burritos & brisket sandwiches during my baseball days. The benefits of being an athlete were awesome.

red, he's cooking with the big sphere shaped pit. idk what the small pit was for, maybe for his own meal, but i know that he has his big pit out there with him when he's cooking for the restaurant. there's not too much he needs to do on the inside, it's nicely decorated although it's a bit small. 6 or 7 tables is all i remember seeing in there. it's a nice place though......
