Post ideas you think could help this site become more widely known post legit ideas!
IMO I believe making a badass certificate for player or team of the week with the RGVSPORTSFORUM.COM Logo on it based on of course by votes from posters on here.

corrected! yea that would be cool cuz then the students from the school would see that and the website on the certificate and create some more traffic for this website....Also something else that i think would work in conjunction with that is to create something like RGVSPORTSNEWS where ppl cover sports stories each week take pictures and attach it to this site

A $250 scholarship is always a good way to get some cheap publicity... I wonder if Freedom Newspaper would announce the scholarship winner for us.

I think all this commercialization to the site isnt a good thing.
Remember that we all left the old forum because they comercialized it to something that was way too unrecognizable.
I think a lot of us are forgetting that we're all, at heart, just a bunch of armchair athletes; talking about stuff we love - Valley football.

Yea but thats because Chuck didnt have much ownership in that place so it wasnt much of his say so...the whole purpose of marketing to other people is to find the many other armchair athletes who are wondering if there is a site they could express their love for valley football

I GOT IT! RGVSPORTSFORUM.COM banners ($50 bucks)... that we hang from the fence lines of our home games. That way our members can represent and promote the forum (it could be our very own bat signal!)  |

you should try to get in some school programs... I think this is an excellent idea. Imagine if ever school program had our logo and website address. You would probably get about 5-10 members per school IMO. |

You can also try to buy add space in the high school previews from each of the Valley's three largest newspapers. Don't know if they would bite on letting us take some more of the peeps.
