Well throw them back in!!!!!!!!! Throwing them back in prison just gives them a better criminal education. Prison is overcrowded with a lot of criminals that are in for non-violent crimes. The thing is when they get there, they are housed with all types of criminals and have to adapt to prison life or drown. Then when they get out they are desensitized. All they know is crime because when your in the pinta, it's all around you. So someone can go in for say possession or dwi's and be forced by the criminal environment to commit even worse crimes like aggravated assault, extortion, or even murder. There is no good side to throwing them back in unless they are going to be there for life/no parole and then you can just forget aboout them for the moment. I say for the moment because more than likely that prisoner that went in for a petty crime will be forced to make a decision, join a prison gang for safety or ask to go to PC. If he asks for PC, he can never go back to pop. If he joins a gang, well then he gets an even better criminal education. Believe it or not prison gangs call the shots a lot of the time what goes on out in the streets in other words greenlight or no greenlight if you know what I mean.

The problem starts when they are Juvenal's. all they get is a slap on the hand. They need to get more harsher with them when they first start off. In the Valley I think they need to put them to work cleaning the canals, flood ways and put them to mow the road pushing a mower. Or do it the old fashion way manually. This would make them very tired with little time on their hands for getting in trouble.

yeah, but i don't think we have anything to really worry about yet....they caught one guy already, the one who killed the teacher....it's not like there's a serial killer around right now..
