it sure is........they almost got me too. i was paying in pesos and i took out a 100 (pesos) and he didn't give me any change...something didn't seem right.....

naw, i knew how much i was supposed to be getting back, but the guy tried to play it off. he even smiled and said thank you, or "gracias" as they say.......i was like "gracias my ***, you better give me my change." i was gonna threaten to call immigration but i forgot i was in HIS country......
