The guy on the wheel chair is scum, but what do does the media expect when you go to interview somebody against their will and then wont move outta the damn way. They purposely don't get outta the way to create a bigger story. Idiots, all of them.

".....he describes it as 'barely a scrape'", then why make a big deal out of it. the owner should've paid his employees. it was a news story, although without the incident with the camerman it would've been a very boring story. the owner can request to not have camera's present is that correct? i mean it is his place after all. if he doesn't want camera's in there, there shouldn't be any camera's in there.

He told themn to leave and they didn't...sounds like trespassing to me.

For Safety reasons, If a News Photographer feels like its a not so good situation and he/ or She feels that an Attack is inniment than for safety and legal reasons the news photographer can record. They were leaving but then he ran up to the camera guy and started to run him over giving him no chance to leave. This is an Iffy topic because yes laws were violated but the Media has the right to record a situation if indeed that situation involves them and there equipment. Speaking of Assaults here is KENS 5 in San Antonio:

Regardless of whether this guy is scum or not, reporters can only go so far to get the scoop.

Did it look like the reporter pushed the guy in the wheel chair to the point where his wheel chair tipped over?

Did it look like the reporter pushed the guy in the wheel chair to the point where his wheel chair tipped over? Did you Noticed that when that Happend he got Nicer, "Okay (Nicely), Get out of here (Softly)" I Bet he got Scared. I Don't think the Reporter ment to do that. from what I saw it looks like the Wheelchair got stuck and he was coming off the Chair thats when it started to tip. I have Mixed Emotions about that Move.

he was trying to be nice about it from the beginning. he got mad because they wouldn't shut off the camera and he forgot he was in a wheel chair. when the guy almost knocked him over he remembered he was in a wheel chair and cooled off. it was still wrong...
