So how does La Villa look for this upcoming season?
And i hear Kingsville Academy will be playing football for the first time???

The La Villa Cardinals will be a team that should fly under the radar for the entire season. We lost some very good players but we still have some guys that can run the ball. IF and I stress IF we can find a descent QB we should be able to make some noise during the season. OL will be the very good Recivers should be good as well. On defene we also lost a lot of good players but the underclassmen are ready to step it up. Might not be ranked like last year but to me that is a good thing. Here are the guys that should make some noise this year.
RB/LB # 22 Julio Reyes (Thunder)
WR/DB # 21 Michael Castillo (Lighting)
QB/SS # 2 Sammy Cantu (Should be the starting QB)
OL/DL # 73 Enrique Guzman (Pre-Season All-State)
OL/DE # 78 Noe Rojo (2 year letterman
OL/DL # 55 David Trejo (2 year letterman)
OL/L # 77 Eder Machado (3 year letterman
OL/LB # 66 Alex Carranco (2 year letterman)
QB/FS # 10 Joey Felix
WR/CB # 5 Nathan Bernal
Underclassmen
Roger Perez (this kid is going to surprise everyone)
Tony Contreras
Brandon Alaniz
Mauro Hernendez
Danny Sanchez (remember this name)

Finally found it......I heard La Villa will be facing the Mercedes J.V. i'm really looking forward to this game, i don't think i have ever seen a 1A team play before.....anybody know the date and time?  |

Why couldn't they play the EE JV... guess the wanted to play a team they knew the could beat.  |

I'm sure the EE JV players would have been in awe... since they're used to a couple hundred people showing up to their games, and then to have all the La Villa fans. |
