What's the deal with the avatars? I cannot get mine to post. I have tried jpg, gif and png. I have shrunk the graphic to exactly 100x100 pixels and reduced the color depth. I have had no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The source of your image probably does not allow hot linking, so I uploaded the image to my image service and gave you the url.
