i think it'd be a good event. i know the people who own sunrise and monterrey as well as keno. i'm sure if they get on board for an event like this we could get the rest of the owners of restaurants from the surrounding area's to join in.

yeah, i got some buddies in radio, we can have them do a live broadcast and have them talk about which restaurants are entered then announce the winner on the air or something like that. then give them a banner to put up as "the best burger in the rgv" or 'the best fajitas...." or whatever prize they won.

im going to email food network to come to valley so they can see what kind of food we have cuz we have some pretty unique damn goood food aroudn here

grab a pound of beef....mix it with some crackers and sliced onions....add some seasoning and drop it on a pan.....after your burger is done.....grab your hambuger bread and toast the buns using the oil the patty left behind on the pan.....add some cheese and your veggies and you got yourself a good burger...
