people have a backwards way of thinking around here. everyone roots for the teams, but everyone wants only their team to win, that's just the way it is. there are only a few of US that really want both teams to do well. i think as soon as the wildcats either make a legit run at the DC or a good run in the playoffs, maybe play to the 2nd round, that's when there'll be talk about a WHS vs wehs matchup

RR, is black for our homegames? And I assume white or orange is for away games... Do you mean Jacket Black. Trying to steal some Jacket Magic. The only thing that you might need is an E-E on the helmet. |

Hey wp, how come you all don;t support the Wild Cats. Their from your hometown. Inspite of their record, maybe a larger crowd could pump em up. You have the people to help them out. They bleed purple also. I know if Mercedes had a second team, that would be awsome. I'm there, how about you Mercedes peeps?? Yes it would that way we could beat you twice a year. |

Who brings the rowdiest crowd to their football games every single week no matter the opponent? ?As long as i can remember the Mercedes peeps have always had a strong fan base every where they went. Does classifications matter, i don't think so i've been to some 5A games and wondered where there peeps disappeared too. Thats an easy one. Brownsville teams for sure. jk ;D |

Mercedes is not a fan supportint team that one could say wow's you ... they have thier ppl but it seem that those are the die hard ones,.... and attend every friday every year... l;ike Wp said you guys did not sell out two years ago at that game and you guys were playing at hiome...
PI...LF...Har...EE and thats about it .... others are just trying to catch up... or fill the stands lto see one of these teams play agaisnst thier own...
LF i must say are die hard.... we have to be./// explain filling up the visitors side at Sam's every onther weekend.... Wes b/c of the travel manage to fill the reserved and some of the adjacent sides but thats it... It hard to do .. trust me... it not fun seeing a game your suppose to close out by halftime...

IF YOUR BAND SITS IN THE STANDS THEN YOU DONT HAVE A HUGE FOLLOWING.... if you did then your band and dancers would sit on the field.... waste of space and ticket sales... no excuse...

yeah, traveling to brownsville is tough for a lot of the wes fans. home games do fill up though. i don't agree with EE though. they don't always take a big crowd.
