MaxPreps.com is also a pretty good site too. Last year Texas prep did not give out scores- you had to pay for it. MaxPreps site is free. Max Preps

Well according to that, Lopez only has one game and against East. We win that one and we are in the playoffs

I know Lopez has PSJA Mem., Edin.Econ., and East in non-district.

lobo, did you guys have spring ball?? if so, how'd they look?

They looked good. Lot of work to do but they did alrite. The starting D won the game as I'd expect because they had the second team O which IMO has the better QB of both. Danny Perez has an arm and has gotten alot bigger over the summer. I remember as a senior he was a freshman and had a really good arm for a fresh. Right now he;s looking good and will be a junior next year. I hope he starts to at least get a full year of varsity under his belt. This team is young and has some big boys on the scrimmage line. The lack the rest of defense but they will surely work on that. Not as many playmakers as they had 2-3 years ago. If they have a good non-district i think they can get in as a 3rd seed ahead of SB or Weslaco(likely SB). Can't wait for football season!!!!!
