I missed all the fireworks. I have a few questions. is there any other towns that have girls playing on their teams? I remember back in the day some girls used to play football at monte alto, but largely because there wasn't many sports and they have no highschol. and why does midvalley argue like a 6 yr old?

I don't see anything wrong with the title, it was an eye catcher and makes you want to come in and see what the hell is going on in here for 4 pages.....
I would say this reminds me of the one Newbs Light titled "Weslaco is killing our kids" when he was talking about field turf....
You Weslaco guys are way too sensitive......
Take that piece of coal out I am sure it is a diamond by now........
By the way Mercedes has a girl on JV and she is pretty good as well, so I guess we play like girls too.....oh my God that was so hard to say...............N O T

I remember back in 92 or 93 im not really sure..if it was my 8th grade or freshmen year but harlingen had a girl playing too...she was on the defensive line...not sure if she kept on playing or not but she was there and she was starting....

there was a girl that tried to play back in 98 99 season in weslaco. . . she i think only made it threw 3 weeks. .hey she even made a tackle in a j.v game she played in!  but boy o boy. . practices were sure rough on her!!!! she had to line up against one of the biggest best oline weslaco ever had. . |
