it should lose strength over hispanola and Cuba... should nmake no dramatic impact where ever it hits.. just my O... havent even seen its trajectory just this radar pic.. but if it is moving at a NW manner like most do it has alot of land to get thorough before it can organize itself again. i think it will continue to be a TS when it enters the gulf
