There is no "rgv's team" Everyone hates everyone else till playoff time. Then during the playoffs everyone cheers for the playoff teams cuz the valley fans hate everyone up north even more because they don't respect valley football. That is why the last team standing in the playoffs is the "valley's team" for that year because everyone wants to see the teams up north get their a**es kicked!!! That is it. There is no "rgv's team"

its all about the crabs in the bucket man. everyone hates on the teams that are winning as of late. its happened to Harlingen. its been happening to EE. since LF started their 5A winning, its starting to happen to them. It even happened last year to one hit wonder Weslaco. lol we are horrible. they're first great season in more than a decade and they got hated on. crabs in the bucket man.

That is the way it has always been and will continue to be. The thing is that for the most part that goes away once the playoff teams are playing the up north teams. Then it is all about trying to earn some respect for valley football.

Yea....that was my pity vote. ;D Anyway, I don't want any votes for harlingen. I prefer they stay at 1. I know harlingen isn't the rgv's team because everyone hates a winner. Right RPM? He is the proof of that.  I mean 18-2-1 against donna since 1986 would cause some hard feelings towards my Cardinals. Don't you think?? |
