How many of you all need a coke or a cup of coffee to boost your day? How about those energy drinks? I know I can't live without them.....

sleep is the best thing to get a good boost, but if it's not possible to get some sleep i usually use a coke to give me a boost

I get my caffeine from a product they sell at heb called STOK, pronounced STOKE its just a little coffee creamer type container that adds a kick to your regular coffee. I'll usually add three to my 16 oz cup of coffee and I stop when I start getting the urge to chain smoke and look through the blinds to see if anyone is spying on me. Sound familiar anyone?

Running at least three to four times a week for about twenty minutes is useful also. But with busy schedules and getting out of work dragging is kind of hard. Thats why I sub caffeine.

i don't like those energy drinks. they're too dangerous. for adults not so much, but a lot of kids see their parents and older relatives drinking them and they want to join in. i had a senior in my class this past year come down off of one of those energy highs that he could barely walk.

You want to talk about a bad combo... energy drink and alcohol!
Anyways, I need my soda fix every morning at around 10:30am. If I don't get it, i'll have a headache for the rest of the day.

yeah, i think it's red bull and vodka? i've never had it (energy drink and alcohol) but some of my friends that have been up in the northern states going to school love that stuff. i'd prefer to take my alcohol straight or with a carbonated mix......light carbonated mix.....

I drink alot of Dr. Pepper.
Red Bull/vodka is alright.
Jagermeister/Red Bull (called a Jager Bomb) will mess you up royally.

What do you mean when you say he could barely walk? When it wore off on one drink? Or when he was hooked on it for weeks or months?
