Alright...I am looking to upgrade to a good internet phone with t-mobile service.
I'm looking for a good size screen and the qwerty keypad.
I've looked at the Wing and the Sidekick. The blackberry is a little to bulky, and I am considering an unlocked i-phone.
Any have any personal experience with either of these.
I know the Wing has windows mobile, touchscreen, and wi-fi access(which wouldn't matter on the unlimited internet plan), but is an older model.
The sidekick can zoom into sights so i can see information better.
Unlocked iphone runs about $500.
What is your experience?

bad part about touch screen phones is that they break. the lcd cracks and thats it, ive broken 2 palm centros, 1 htc touch. if you just bend the phone just a little it cracks and then its useless. dont put these type of phones in your pockets, when you sit down you will crack the screen with your leg.

Ok MOD, I got the sidekick LX and internet is pretty fast and easy to use for a phone. Hell its pretty fast even for a computer. The only thing that I dont like about my phone is that to dial out you hae to open up the phone but it doesnt take much. But once I use the internet I just keep the phone open anyway so it all works out.

I just ordered the Pantech Duo from AT&T. It functions on the "3G" media service, same as the new Iphone. It's the latest and the greatest hi speed wireless phone service. It comes with the slide out qwerty keyboard as well as the slide up for regular phone functions. I hope this phone is good. It's one of the latest models for AT&T.

if you want fast internet then cancel tmobile. you're better off with sprint, verizon, or atandt.

here is something to think about. Sprint has the fastest internet. Instinct, Treo, and Touch have the fastest internet right now.

Not looking too much for highest speed and cost. I'm on a family plan and need something reasonable. I think the sidekick will work just fine...

And also when I listen to my voicemail I have to open it up to dial voicemail....close it....listen....open it again to put my code...close it listen....etc. So thats the only downside on it but it just gets tiring I guess you can say when you are in a rush I guess. It's good for internet. Its not as bad as some people say. Images are clear....I post here when Im not at home pretty quick.

Well from the t-mobile website it looks the same....you still gotta flip the phone open. IDK maybe the buttons are for different things but the buttons are the same.

dont get the wing. get a BB fully customizable phones, the SK is really locked down as getting ur own stuff on there. A BLACKBERRY is ten times better than a winmo phone
