The "RGV team" basically represents the valley come playoff time. One way to figure which team it should be is that...
The RGV team should have accomplished X no. of wins, for example
Wins in the playoffs these past:
1yr - 4 wins
2ys - 7 wins
3yrs - 9 wins
4yrs - 11 wins or something to that effect
For example, Team A had 4 wins in 2006, 3 wins in 2007 = 7 wins in 2yrs
Team B had 2 wins in 2005, 2 wins in 2006, 2 wins in 2007 = 6 wins in 3yrs
Well Team A has been having the most recent success so it should be the RGV rep. IMO
