not at all rpm, i can give credit where credit is due to any team and player. it doesn't matter whether or not he/she is a panther.a give credit to the falcon players and the team as a whole for what they've managed to accomplish. i even gave the redskins credit for beating us, eventhough i felt we beat ourselves that night. robert didn't deserve such a high spot over ANYONE else on the list.

The 1st time I saw this topic posted, Without looking, I figured it was started by a person
from P.I. or E-E needing reassurance(which I was right); With those 2 teams
coming to mind originally, I think you could make an argument about either of those two
teams being RGV's team over time.

There is no such thing as a local team being RGV's Team, think about that for a second, it is rare that someone who is not from that town will root for another team.
You have three types of people:
1. Grew up in the town, still live there
2. Originally from outside the valley, but now supports the team they live in
3. Grew up in a valley town, but now live in another valley town, but because of their kids or someone they know now support the team they live in.
I sometimes go see other teams during the Tigers bye week or during the playoffs and not once have I said, I want to go see team X, I figure what is the best game that week and pick that one based on seeing a good game not a particular team.

Back to the topic at hand, if there is one team from the valley that I consistently want to know how they did, it would be Harlingen, so I guess they get my vote. |

I'm starting to think if we should leave him alone and let him run his mouth all he wants. He keeps talking all this nonsense over and over again only to lose whatever little fraction of credibility he had and I would have to say that is giving him to much credit. thank you for the analysis nfcfan, that just proves what i've been saying all along nova, i never said anything about weslaco even being considered. you guys act like i'm saying weslaco is the team..........oh and weslaco's program was better this past time and has been better more times than EE has in the series between the two teams ;D  |

The difference being WP, I never mentioned Mercedes in my post to you. No one in this thread has mentioned Mercedes, nor should they be mentioned. But neither should Weslaco. As far as the Mercedes Weslaco thing, that has nothing to do with this topic, but we will never know will we, nor will Donna or EE. Now take your time and come up with some other nonsense that you feel you need to spew at all of us to waste our valuable time.
