why are some teams having 5 preseason games this year? i heard about this on the radio this morning and i was wondering why they're adding more games.....

quien sabe maybe the starters partied too much and they are out of shape..

no it was 4

yeah it was 4. it used to be six, then somewhere along the way it got knocked to 5, then quickly 4. there was talk of even lowering it to 2 in a few years

Can't wait to see how the boys' are looking, hopefully the starters will be in there for a while. Even then i want to see how felix jones and some of the new additions are looking as well.

Its GAME DAY!!!! PRESEASON but game day lets see how they look...

Well romo and the starters only played one series, i hoped wade would let them finish out the first qtr at least but wasn't the case. None the less they looked really good, romo and the starters went down the field with ease for the first 7 pts of the game. The oline stuck around for a few more series and they put felix jones in there, first play he busts it for like 19 yards, jones looked really good. Him and barber together is going to be something to watch. Cowboy first team defense looked really good as well just shutting everything down there the first few series while they were all in the game. Special teams played horrendous though, its a problem dallas had last season and its evident its still a problem they need to work on. Few of the young guys coughed up the ball. But in the end thats what preseason is all about, to see what needs to be worked on and to evaluate the backups and the youngins'. Anyone know why williams decided to change his number from 31 to 38, or is this old news. I didn't know he did that.

He changed it because thats how many TD's he will give up this year....lol nah jk he changed it because that was hi old college number and that he needed a change.

I hope that O'Sullivan guy becomes the starter which will finally confirm, another overall 1st pick has become a bust. Although some may have already decided Alex Smith was a bust 2 years ago, I mean if you havent caught on after 3 years then its time to update that resume. Its Tim Couch Part 2.
