I don't know about you, Boog, but I'm starting to feel kinda guilty about what's going to happen to EE fans. Burning up $3.50-a-gallon gas and a few hours of driving to get here, then paying for a ticket, then watching thier team get abused on the field, then burning $3.50-a-gallon for a few more hours on the silent ride home and not getting home til after midnight. All the while most Calallen fans will head for the stadium about 15 minutes before game time, enjoy a couple of hours of yet another Cats' win, then be celebrating that win at our place of choice by 10:15. It just don't seem fair I tell ya. I'm feelin a little guilty about it but I'm sure I can overcome. the .50 cents i'll spend on the roll of toilet paper i'll use to cover up your house will be worth it

Well one thing for sure is that this scrimmage lived up to its hype! Or the other possibility is that it lived DOWN to it and both EE and GP are just not that good.

we'd whip yalls a$$ with 1 person in the stands lmao I suppose you would be that 1 dumb-arse in the stands, right? You could be half right but it wouldn't be the dumb part. LOL If you are going to spar with the booger man you are going to need to sharpen up your A game particularly since the word is out from some very credible scouts that all this scrimmage proved is EE and GP are both not very good this year. Something like disjointed, poorly executed going no where excuse for offenses. But hey, maybe a loud large crowd will make up for no 7s on the board.

how did FB do in their scrimmage? they kicked the crap out of rockport fulton...but their coach is "UNIQUE" to say the least, the guy is wacky, but it works...the method to his madness will be seen when they dismantle Mission.

Danaher would have been proud of the play calling yesterday. It was plain vanilla we're taking the ball and running right over and around you and there is nothing you can do about it stuff other than about 10 deep patterns late. It didn't matter its all clicking. ;D how did FB do in their scrimmage? they kicked the crap out of rockport fulton...but their coach is "UNIQUE" to say the least, the guy is wacky, but it works...the method to his madness will be seen when they dismantle Mission.

Mission is in over thier heads in week 0. FB will feed them a little taste of 31-4A. So you think you WANT a little taste of 31-4A? In the words of Reggie Jackson after facing Nolan Ryan for the first time....."Yes, I DO like fastballs. I like ice cream too, but not when someone is cramming it down my throat."

Here is the correct score: Controlled EE 1 - GP 1 Regulation EE 6- GP 7 (missed XP). EE struck first on the first or second play of the controlled scrimmage with a 50+ yard TD run by Roger Garcia. Both offenses went limp after that. With the 2nd unit, GP put together a good drive and managed to punch it in. Shortly thereafter regulation play started. I forget who scored, but ultimately the game was decided by a missed extra point. EE showed a lot of new things, but not quite everything as there were scouts from Calallen and Mercedes at the game. They also managed to work in a lot of the younger players. Both teams had their shining moments and downfalls. Overall a good game and maybe even a little preview of what we might see in November. In scrimmage, Gp scored on a fumble and then the second team drove the field for score #2 Gp2-1 in scrimmage

Doesn't sound like a GP blow out to me. It sounds like both teams played well.

Well I said that because some people figured that because it was against an RGV team they would figure as much, although I'am not saying that you said that.
