the real winner is LUCIO and his golf coarse... they dont pay for none of the construction on the fence that was moved and will enjoy the growth of the university... LUCIO... that name sounds familiar...

Yes, it's an agreement but UTB has to build thier own fence the same hieght as the wall that is going up and it can't be climbed on or be easy to cut through. They also have to put up surveillance cameras (and pay for them and the fence including maintenance of both) and have thier campus police notify BP Agents of any intrusion. They also have to monitor thier own cameras. If UTB goes back on the agreement in any fashion or manner the agreement will be rescinded and the property will belong to the U.S. Government. I guess that sounds like UTB pulled it off? What do guy's think?

no im a guy. i was banned like 7 years ago on the old site (ive been here for a long time) because my little cousin started cussing everyone out, so then i started using my sisters id. i used it on this new website because i got used to logging in with arlenerocks.  at times my sister types here too so you can consider my login name transgendered lol ugh that sounds ugly. |

UTB lost everythng and gain land... the stuf=dents wanted NOWALL... not the wall getting moved off campus... the reason that it was on campus was just extra for the complaints... the purpose was no wall/// GET that NO WALL |

I never said they lost to begin with. The Universities get their money from the Federal Government. The rest is from the taxpayers like me. I dont think they pulled off a thing, I really believe the GOV. can do what they please... |
