I did, and this storm also made me realize that if we are ever in the path of a Cat 3, 4 or 5, I'm getting the hell out of here.

well i had to go to my sisters house cuz it newer than ours and dang the wood fence fell and i saw like at least 3 trees uprooted the light went out yesterday and is still out the neighors trampoline flew across the street i got stuck in the grass and then i came to my house the lights never went out my limon tree got uprooted and some trees broke but thats ok...the mall is open but some stores are closed and i cant beleive people are already shopping no mames...olmito didnt get flooded and im glad, on 511 passing the little hill the water was on the street i almost lost control :[ i know a light signal by highway 48 was hanging on the middle of the street and 803 to LF was being blocked off also hwy 48 to the island was being blocked off too ya me voy gotta watch the news haber q dicen los vatos...

i saw trees uprooted, almost all gas stations had some damage done. carmike theatre sign got jacked up. a ton of houses had their roofs damaged

I lost power for like 3 minutes, but I lost my time warner cable all yesterday.
I saw minimal damage in brownsville...sign and tree damage.
It was exactly what I expected...

My poor brother and his wife and two girls have been without power since 1:00pm yesterday and they are still without power, it's 5:55pm already. He's trying to get a generator to at least get some fans going and a T.V.. He lives in Harlingen.

Yea I think the mall was going to open up in the afternoon too im not too sure though. I was just there...most stores at Sunrise were opened up...some of the smaller shops stayed closed though...
