not indie as in genre . . . indie as in independent.
I want a rock label. Not metal . . . just good rock/hard rock.

indie means you're signed to an independent label and the artist can make more money per album sale.
I got a hiphop group if you looking for local talent.

some indie labels with great talent will get picked up to major labels...like double a to majors

With today's computer and digital technology, starting a label won't be to expensive/difficult. IMO, the hart part will be promoting the artist/label.

if its hiphop lemon, dont go for anything that has already been done. like guy said the screwed and chopped is played out, music is good to hear on the radio but its played out. you need something new, something fresh. and its gotta appeal to the new generation here first, in order to blow up.
