I just thought of something.
This past year they lost SA madison in the 3rd round with Mishak Rivas being the main support of the team. In 1991, Weslaco went to the 3rd round with Mishak's older brother K. Rivas and they also lost to SA madison in the 3rd round.
If i remember correctly and this is true, the only time Weslaco did anything that will get them noticed was when a Rivas was in the team..

what rivas played with bobby lackey.....that team also did something notable....

54 what about the 88 and 89 teams?..... Aren't you all always on Donna's case because they still sometimes talk bout their state championship? 88 and 89? what did they do? They went 2 rounds deep....nothing really...4th round or above is where its at, but considering we are from the valley, ill knock it down a notch to 3, lol. |
