It doesn't matter if we showed or not...the fact is you still lost your own SUPER BOWL...... So had Mercedes been there, would they have won the superbowl or would they have lost to Mission Vets as well? (watch everybody as this bird starts singing a new tune...) |

the reason was that none of the coaches could go......the 2 coaches had work, and the other 2 had class...... how are we using vets win as a moral victory? i'm just asking why you guys care who went or not if you lost anyway....... I want to say there was like two or three schools that were participating w/o a coach. (of course, there was a representative from the schools supervising). Are you telling me Tony V. couldn't take a couple hours to support his panthers? why do that and risk everyone accusing him of cheating? you know how quick you EE peeps are about accusing him of coaching the 7on7 team. |

Plus who the hell cares, there was no point in playing in this tourney. State tourney was over, 7on7 play is winding down for the summer. And what did you expect when this tourney was postponed and rescheduled like 3 times, then they settle on playing on a wednesday when ppl work and have other obligations to attend too. Like everyone is just supposed to put everything on the back burner and get to ee because i mean you said you were gonna be there like 2 sundays ago lol. Get over yourselves ee fans mainly (buzz), you know this has nothing to do about the 5 teams that didn't show up and more to do with you guys still trying to deal with the fact ee still lost its first valley 7on7 game to mission vets and you guys are still reeling about it. The sooner you move on and stop whining the better off you'll be. lol man.

mvfb is right. hell my team still has 2 more weeks of their league play over at east and we're not even practicing anymore. all they want to do is get ready for the start of the season. a lot of sprints and bleachers is all that's going on at my "practices" right now.....it's about that time wouldn't you say?

Stop making excuses for your team! 7 on 7 is all Weslaco had to look forward to for next season... maybe they could have done something at the superbowl to make up for their shortcomings at the state tourney.

midvalley, wasn the superbowl scheduled on a wednesday because from my understanding all the teams and coaches agreed on that day. so don't give the excuse about oh we had things to do if they had already agreed to play that day. and sure the loss to mission vets sucked i'll admit that. I could care less about weslaco cuz we beat the snot outta them twice. I along with everyone else was hoping for the mercedes matchup!

Did you not read morris' post as to why they didn't go, you do know how to read don't you buzz. But either way it doesn't really matter because you ee fans will all come up with your own conclusions anyway, as you have. Whatever makes you guys sleep better at night.
