What I expect from our coaches...
1. Develop character.
2. Teach our kids personal responsibility to themselves, the team, our families, and our community.
3. Teach sportsmanship.
4. Kick the crap out of every team we play.
1, 2, and 3 are actually all part of the same and are #1.
In high school ball, there is no tomorrow.
When tomorrow comes, the #1's will carry them through life. I'm a simple guy.

I was ask why i didn't list beating Mercedes as a goal. Simple you never put your goal that low.
