Harlingen B Team....now that is going a bit far claiming that one.... ;D I would be embarrassed if I were you buzz Why should I be embarrassed? E-E was in their 3rd varsity season, so wins didn't come very easily. Furthermore, Harlingen was 3 classifications higher (Har 2a, E-E "B"). Besides, playing "B" teams was not very uncharacteristic at that time. I modern day example would be Santa Maria playing La Joya's JV. Does that victory not count for Santa Maria? It is a win, its just not a varsity vs. varsity win.

Didn't E-E play Harlingen in the Vela era or was it just a scrimmage? Where are the rgvsn researchers?

I don't know about scrimmages, but they played Harlingen South in the mid 90s.

The reason I say this is because, unless it was a dream, I saw it! Maybe it was just dejavu in anticipation of the game coming up!

It should be a freakin great game either way. I think South is 2-2 vs E.E.
It's going to be a battle.
Can anyone put this game on a DVD.
Man, I wish there was a website that would have all the football games on there to watch:(

I heard from someone else today that it is true. I haven't seen him but if it is true, he would be a great addition to a really good defense.

I know 6'5 is 6'5, but that really doesn't mean anything just yet. Get the kid in pads and then we'll see what's up!

So is anyone going to interested on a wager for this game? I figure it is too big of a game for it to go off without consequences for the losers fans. ;D

I think Harlingen has that Mosqueda guy, I don't know what grade he was in but what I've seen from him, he runs real hard and doesn't shy away from contact. Real good player IMO
