i was just asking my friend a while back some good workout music cause i have been listening to the same music for the past 2 months and it doesn't help out anymore. i like some of the music that you guys posted but some of the music makes it feel like the devil is gonna come out of my mp3.

i got a CD at a strip CLub and its a bunch of techno thats provacative.. When i work out with it, it reminds me of strippers, thus, giving me more inspiration, cause i know the more i lift, the More the Strippers will be after my sweet biceps.
