Just finished cooking them. French Fries are frying.

In the Bay around Holly Beach.
Try this batter next time you cook fish.
Zatarans "Seasoned"
Panko (Japanese Breadcrumbs)
Egg
MIlk/Ice Cubes
Lemon/Pepper seasoning
Ice/Milk the fillets.
In Bowl, Make a 50/50 mix Zatarans and Panko and add lemon pepper to preference
Scramble a few eggs
Remove filet from ice/mil
Batter the fillets in mix
dip filet in egg
rebatter in mix
set aside
repeat for rest of filets
deep fry at 350
