Get me a good picture and we can maybe post it up here. exactly...but i wasnt surprised...i new this would happen after we told the judge repeatedly he would bail.....just another example of why I dont trust to many people in our system....and i know the lawyer was involved in this and someone talked more than they should have.... |

I wondered the same thing when I saw the report, why ?? why? why?? actually did I hear correctly there was a new trial set he had gotten 55 years already...but his lawyers buddies got him a new trial.....after they saw that he wasnt gonna win he fled like chicken...he was showing up to all the courts cept for this one where he was gonna get convicted again... what a conicidense... |

Yeah, looks like they let the guy off on a technicality. A police officer mentioned a lie detector in court the first time, and since detector analysis is not admissible, that caused it to be thrown out after the first conviction of 55 years. Of course the jurors the 2nd time couldn't be told about this until after they did the sentencing and all...

i swear the justice system is so screwed up. first you hear about a guy spending x amount of years in prison only for someone to finally find out he's been innocent the whole time. then you convict a guy for murder and then let him go on bond. why set bond for a convicted murderer?

he's gotta be in mexico. i don't think he'd stay around here. especially if he has family in mexico like rpm said.
