well it's good, but they also know when i bring someone over, so they start asking a lot of questions. it's worth it in the end i guess.

the law is sticky...but if there was no evidence of whether the robbers did or did not try to hurt the man then you can't prove it either way...as far as lulac is concerned, IMO publicity stunt...it kind of makes them look funny cause these guys were illegal immigrant robbers
(before anyone cries racist, i'm 100% mexican, hispanic, latin or whatever you wanna call it)
they had no business in that house and if they were really trying to make a living, they wouldve been out working or finding a job contributing to society instead of burglary...

The hispanic were problem the owner's gardeners... and they were shot b/c the owner didn't feel like paying them their wages.

After hearing the 911 phone call this guy was sarcastically making a bet with the 911 operator that he wouldnt get shot, of course not if he shot the guys in the back!!!!
He was told not to go outside many, many, many times, he was supposedly scared, if your scared keep your behind in the house....

Doesn't matter what he sounded like. He was acting within the law.
The job of a 911 operator is to keep you on the phone until the police/fire/ambulance gets there. They are not law enforcement. They are operators. No matter what they tell you, they have no authority over you. Even police and fed officers have extremely limited authority over you when you are on your own property.
When they over step their boundaries, things like Ruby Ridge happen.
You, on the other hand, have the right as a citizen to arrest/detain and use force against an intruder on your property and on your neighbor's property. You can even arrest a police officer or federal agent. It's called a citizen's arrest and by extension the Texas version of the Castle Doctrine.
