Where is the song being hosted? (i'm sure there is a place to host files/ just like pictures).
Is the song file bigger than 2mb? (if so resize it to a smaller size)
PUT IT ABOVE THE BODY TAGS.

You need to first add those two files to your "files" directory. So get into the that directory, and click the upload link. Browse for the files (after you've saved them to your computer) and upload them.
