i saw a kicker kick it through the goal post from 70 yards away on a kickoff..........but there was a 30 mph wind right at his back so that might've helped.........idk

My wife and her family were at this game (homecoming) and said it went past the track and outside the stadium. Hit a car in the parking lot either clean or after it bounced off the field house or ticket office. It was one of the old style stadiums where you could still park just outside the main entrance if you were early. Apparently, it could have been good from a lot further than 69 yards.
From Yahoo Answers:
Longest Successful College Field Goal - 69 Yards
* The longest field goal ever was one one of 69 yards by Ove Johansson for NAIA College Football's Abilene Christian versus East Texas State on October 16,1976. * It was kicked from a 2" tee in Shotwell Stadium in Abilene, Texas.

I think once was against you guys. Degollado was his name. And yes, we all stood up with both arms straight up each time.

Kickers usually kick better in warm-ups. It's when the game starts is when it counts.

Really...and Sasquatch caught it and tried to return is, but the Chupacapbra blind sided him and he fumbled the ball. Jimmy Hoffa picked it up and ran it back the wrong way! La llorona was crying because Sasquatch was hurt on the play. I knew I shouldn't have lent my video camera to the tooth fairy. LMAO!

i think that's his last name........ slight correction: His last name was Conde. He was an excellent kicker. Had a full ride at a division 1 school and chose not to take it. If I remember correctly, i think it had something to do w/ the parents. I could be wrong about that though.
