Perhaps it will fo off at midnight. He may have just screwed up with his countdown. If you would like, I can go back and take the forums offline...After all, I still hade administrator status over there.

I got a call from an old friend and was put in contact with the old Webmaster, Doug Fullerton. We worked out that I would moderate the website and I would submit names to him for banning. The problem was that there were some guys that needed immediate banning and I had to monitor and clean the forums until Doug read his emails. It got to the point that the forums were booming, and there was some serious trashing of the place, including sexual talks, and flame wars. Doug finally approved me as administrator and allowed me to begin picking a moderator team. He told me that the forums would be shut down if it was not cleaned up. That's when I really started straightening the place up...and what a job it was...I don't know if I could have kept up without the mod team...RPM, Manimal, FootballGal, Tarpon1994... Would it surprise you to learn that all the work for the Herald was completely voluntary. I'm not compaining. I knew what would be involved in helping out, and I chose to stay on board to help keep the board running, but there have definitely been some trying times. |

I'll be the first to say, I'd love to be a mod but, ain't no way I could dedicate the time to it.

I had to keep the Herald happy so we wouldn't lose the site. Now, I just need to do what is right. Some rules will stay the same, but some rules will be not as strict or left alltogether.
The mod team is still deciding.

I mentioned this earlier and I'll say it again. Chuck, RPM, Manimal, Football gal, Tarpans1994, sure I missed some in there, did a great job.
Some will feel differently.
I'd like to see the same team here.
