Buzz and WP should hit 1000 posts by next week  No, seriously... Can someone in Harlingen give the inside scoop on why H.South's Off Coord. went to Rio Hondo to become their OC?  Our Head coach has thought about moving up in classification, not down! |

maybe he believes he has a better chance of winning a title down in the lower ranks.

if so i'd jump on a team that has gone at least 3 or 4 rounds in their recent history, not a team that has only won 1 playoff game each time they've made the playoffs. IMO
I was just wondering if there was some coaching conflicts at Harlingen South.

they suspended the head coach, or relieved him of his duties. a bunch of his coaches were the one's that were throwing him under the bus. they didn't care whether or not he stayed. they were looking out for themselves only.

interesting story... just read Leal coach of Mercedes was about to get the job, but couldn't come to terms regarding the contract, the other 2 finalists were RH's own Cavazos and H.South's OC(which is now with RH) After Leal backed out, they opened the hiring process for another 2 weeks... among the new applicants were Sammy Garza(the same Garza that had that qb camp mentioned above) and a former Texas A&M Kingsville coach... ...brb, more reading  |

man, read some 2007 articles that is making the coaching changes hard to keep up with, lol
what happened to Steve Marroquín? he was the interim hc/ad for RH before they hired Rocky James; just curios cuz Marroquín was the OC for RH and RH just hired a new OC... hmm.

He was in line for the HC job, but took his name out of the hat, claiming that everyone was against him.

well you could try and build on Cuero
its not like Cuero is so much better, they arent evenclose to the best in the state
